A typical factory set-up
- A Factory leave policy for workers and the Standard policy for office staff
- A shift for each timing, with night shifts that cross midnight
- The factory added as an office location with its own clock-in radius
- HR entering punches, with a reason, for workers who do not have a phone
Overtime and late coming
Overtime is worked out from the hours worked beyond the shift. You set when it starts counting, the rounding, a monthly cap and separate multipliers for working days and for weekly offs and holidays. Late-coming cuts, if your standing orders have them, apply after a number of free late marks a month. Both show as their own lines on the payslip.
Payroll run by Huminivex
Many factory HR teams are small. With managed HR and payroll, Huminivex's team runs monthly payroll and compliance on HR Bingo and you approve.
